Electromigration of In in amorphous indium-gallium-zinc-oxide thin film transistors under repeated switching operation was investigated by analyzing the distribution of component elements. During the repeated switching operations up to 300 times, threshold voltage of this device increased gradually implying alteration to the internal device structures. Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy revealed noticeable redistribution of metallic components, especially In, in the channel layer beneath the source electrode during switching operations by the migration of metallic ions away from the source electrode, which is attributed to electromigrations similar to those observed in organic light emitting diodes having indium tin oxide electrodes.  相似文献

Template‐assisted formation of multicomponent Pd6 coordination prisms and formation of their self‐templated triply interlocked Pd12 analogues in the absence of an external template have been established in a single step through Pd? N/Pd? O coordination. Treatment of cis‐[Pd(en)(NO3)2] with K3tma and linear pillar 4,4′‐bpy (en=ethylenediamine, H3tma=benzene‐1,3,5‐tricarboxylic acid, 4,4′‐bpy=4,4′‐bipyridine) gave intercalated coordination cage [{Pd(en)}6(bpy)3(tma)2]2[NO3]12 ( 1 ) exclusively, whereas the same reaction in the presence of H3tma as an aromatic guest gave a H3tma‐encapsulating non‐interlocked discrete Pd6 molecular prism [{Pd(en)}6(bpy)3(tma)2(H3tma)2][NO3]6 ( 2 ). Though the same reaction using cis‐[Pd(NO3)2(pn)] (pn=propane‐1,2‐diamine) instead of cis‐[Pd(en)(NO3)2] gave triply interlocked coordination cage [{Pd(pn)}6(bpy)3(tma)2]2[NO3]12 ( 3 ) along with non‐interlocked Pd6 analogue [{Pd(pn)}6(bpy)3(tma)2](NO3)6 ( 3′ ), and the presence of H3tma as a guest gave H3tma‐encapsulating molecular prism [{Pd(pn)}6(bpy)3(tma)2(H3tma)2][NO3]6 ( 4 ) exclusively. In solution, the amount of 3′ decreases as the temperature is decreased, and in the solid state 3 is the sole product. Notably, an analogous reaction using the relatively short pillar pz (pz=pyrazine) instead of 4,4′‐bpy gave triply interlocked coordination cage [{Pd(pn)}6(pz)3(tma)2]2[NO3]12 ( 5 ) as the single product. Interestingly, the same reaction using slightly more bulky cis‐[Pd(NO3)2(tmen)] (tmen=N,N,N′,N′‐tetramethylethylene diamine) instead of cis‐[Pd(NO3)2(pn)] gave non‐interlocked [{Pd(tmen)}6(pz)3(tma)2][NO3]6 ( 6 ) exclusively. Complexes 1 , 3 , and 5 represent the first examples of template‐free triply interlocked molecular prisms obtained through multicomponent self‐assembly. Formation of the complexes was supported by IR and multinuclear NMR (1H and 13C) spectroscopy. Formation of guest‐encapsulating complexes ( 2 and 4 ) was confirmed by 2D DOSY and ROESY NMR spectroscopic analyses, whereas for complexes 1 , 3 , 5 , and 6 single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction techniques unambiguously confirmed their formation. The gross geometries of H3tma‐encapsulating complexes 2 and 4 were obtained by universal force field (UFF) simulations.  相似文献

The copper(I)‐catalyzed alkyne‐azide cycloaddition (CuAAC), so‐called “click” reaction, is one of most useful synthetic strategies to connect two polymer chains. 1,2,3‐Triazole ring (TA) produced by the click reaction has good thermal and chemical stability. However, we observed that block copolymers synthesized by the click reaction showed thermal degradation to give homopolymers when they are thermally annealed at high temperature, which is required for obtaining equilibrium microdomain structure. To investigate the origin of thermal instability of block copolymers, we synthesized model polystyrenes (PSs) using systematically designed bi‐functional atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) initiators containing TA. PS including both ester and TA groups showed thermal decomposition at relatively low temperature (e.g., 140 °C). MALDI‐TOF analysis clearly demonstrated that the cleavage site is the ester group adjacent to TA. We also found that the bromine group located at the polymer chain end plays an important role in pyrolysis of ester groups at low temperature. The pyrolysis occurs by syn‐elimination of the ester group. This result implies that the phase behavior of block copolymer synthesized by click reaction should be carefully investigated when high temperature thermal annealing is required. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. DNA methylation is the most promising biomarker for estimating human age. There are various methods used for analyzing DNA methylation. Among those, the SNaPshot assay-based method provides a semi-quantitative measurement of DNA methylation using capillary electrophoresis on genetic analyzers. However, DNA methylation measures produced using different types of genetic analyzers have never been compared, although differences in methylation values can directly affect age estimates. To evaluate the differences between the results generated by different genetic analyzers, we analyzed the same blood, saliva, and control methylated DNA using three genetic analyzers—the Applied Biosystems 3130, 3500, and SeqStudio—and compared the methylation values at five CpG sites: ELOVL2, FHL2, KLF14, MIR29B2C, and TRIM59. The methylation value at each of the five CpG sites decreased in the order 3130, 3500, and SeqStudio. The differences in the results produced by the different genetic analyzers resulted in significant errors when applying the 3500 and SeqStudio data to a previous age estimation model constructed using the 3130 Genetic Analyzer data. Therefore, DNA methylation measurements from 3500 and SeqStudio were corrected using the regression functions obtained by plotting the DNA methylation data of one instrument versus the other to facilitate the application of DNA methylation data from one instrument to the age prediction model based on other instruments. The age prediction accuracy obtained by applying corrected 3500 and SeqStudio data to the existing age estimation model was as high as observed in the 3130 data.  相似文献

Abstract

The conformations of pyridinio-appended β-cyclodextrin (CDP+) and nicotinamide-appended β-cyclodextrin (CDNA+) were studied by NMR spectroscopy. The orientations of the pyridine residue of CDP+ and the nicotinamide residue of CDNA+ were determined by using a combination of NMR spectroscopic techniques. NMR spectra indicate that the shapes of the cavities of CDP+ and CDNA+ were changed after forming complexes. This change depended on the shape of the guest. CDNA+ could separate the 1H resonances at the Cβ position of racemic tryptophan into two sets of resonances for each enantiomer.  相似文献

Novel 1,2,4‐triazole isonucleosides (1 and 2) were efficiently synthesized starting from D‐ribose and D‐xylose, respectively. The key steps were condensation of cyclic sulfate 8 with methyl‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐carboxylate and nucleophilic displacement of the tosylate 15 with methyl‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐carboxylate, respectively.  相似文献
